well stars are in real more like our sun which gives heat and light, but y they have diff color id coz AS ALL THE STARS ARE NOT AT THE SAME DISTANCE FRM THE EARTH THE LIGHT WHICH TRAVELLS FRM THEM AND REACHES US GIVE THEm COLOR .
LIKE white light has 7 colors in it and each has different wave lenght which means that their light travels on those wave lenghts, and secondly the air in our atmosphere water particles are suspended always and these light passing through them give different wave lenght wch gives us diff color

Stars look different because of something called shift. There is a red shift and a blue shift in the color of stars.
True there are many different colors of stars depending on there size and what they are burning for fuel. The blue stars being the hottest and burning out the fastest and then possibly turning into black holes because of there mass; then there are red giants, which are at an end to there fuel.
But the color we see has a lot to do with whether a star is moving towards us this being blue shift making the star look blue in color, and moving away from us red shift, giving the color of the star and red look

Stars don't only look in different colors in the sky, they really are of different colors.

actually they look different from the color of their soil or in some cases the atmosphere. when they reflect the light of the sun then the color we see is the color of the star. some stars generate their own light anyhow, they shine differently due to their ages some are young and burn brighter than others

The color of a star depends on its temperature. The stars which are red are relatively cooler stars than the others.those which r white are hotter stars.the blue stars are the hottest ones.the age of a star can also be known by observing their colors.

that's a huge call. you're seeing the effects of the Earth's environment making the super call seem to twinkle. that's especially glaring with stars close to the horizon. There at the instant are not any stay online telescopes.

two reasons: the temperature of the star and the refraction of the light coming from the star

They are different colors depending on the amount of heat they give off....you know, like flames...the hottest part of the flame is blue...
