The Eastern Time Zone is currently GMT - 5 due to Daylight Saving Time. Therefore the time from UTC(GMT) to the Eastern Time Zone will be Local Time - 7 hours.

2045 - 7 = 1345

It's been +4 all summer, since April 2nd. It will be +5 on Oct 29th when we go to Standard Time. The clocks "FALL back" in the FALL and "SPRING forward" in the SPRING. Turning the clocks back 1 hour increases the difference between Eastern Time and Greenwich Mean Time or "Zulu". John G was right, go Big John ! ! !
